Stop Rehabbing.
Start Rebuilding.
The Athletic Rebuild Program is a structured, progressive pathway from injury back to peak performance, built around your sport, your body, and your goals.
Most sports physiotherapy gets you pain-free and sends you on your way. That's not good enough. The Athletic Rebuild Program takes you all the way, from your first session through to full return to sport, with a complete plan, objective testing at every stage, and no shortcuts.

The GapYou've done the physio. So why aren't you back?
Most athletes who come to the Athletic Rebuild Program have already been through the standard process. They've attended the sessions, done the exercises, been told they're "ready to go", and then re-injured, underperformed, or simply never felt like themselves again.
It's not their fault. Standard physiotherapy is designed to get you pain-free, but not performance-ready. There's a significant gap between those two things. Most programs never bridge it.
The Athletic Rebuild Program is built specifically to close that gap.
How The Program WorksFrom assessment to return to performance.
Your program begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment — injury history, objective strength and capacity testing, movement analysis, and a conversation about your sport, goals, and timeline. You leave session one with a complete rehabilitation roadmap, not a vague plan.

Your program begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment encompassing injury history, objective strength and capacity testing, movement analysis, and a detailed conversation about your sport, your goals, and your timeline. You leave session one with a complete rehabilitation roadmap. Not a vague plan. A clear, phased pathway from where you are now to full return to performance.
-
The early phase focuses on restoring baseline function, reducing pain and inflammation, rebuilding tissue capacity, and establishing the movement and strength foundations your sport demands. Hands-on treatment runs alongside progressive exercise prescription throughout.
-
With foundations in place, the program shifts to rebuilding strength, power, and sport-specific capacity. Sessions become progressively more demanding. Building up to heavy deadlifts, squats or pressing is integral to athletic function. Objective testing at regular intervals guides every progression decision, no guessing, no rushing, no holding back unnecessarily.
-
The final phase bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Training loads, movement patterns, and sport-specific demands are progressively matched to your event or competition level. You are cleared for full return when the data says you're ready, not when it's simply been long enough.
